Search the 2011 Ribbons

At our annual Tree Lighting Event, time is given to all families in attendance to come to the podium to pay tribute to their child who was diagnosed with cancer. We hear from survivors, current patients, caregivers, siblings, friends, and bereaved families. The gold ribbon-covered 23-foot tree stands in our nation's capital as a symbol of childhoods changed and even lost to this devastating disease. All who see it are reminded that there is still so much work to be done in the fight against childhood cancer. The American Childhood Cancer Organization is dedicated to providing children and their families with a voice and giving them much-needed support. We are proud to Light Up the Holidays with Hope.
